Big time nutrition, easy to grow. Alfalfa is historically the best know sprout in North America. Alfalfa produces a deeper green leaf than clover, but is otherwise very similar.
Organic Alfalfa Seeds
1/4 cup (35g) for 2L sprouting jar.
- SOAK - Put washed seeds in a jar. Add purified water, soak for 6-8 hours. Drain well.
- RINSE - Twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl, drain well, invert jar at an angle in a container.
- ENJOY - Ready to eat in 5 to 7 days. Refrigerate to store. (Sprouts store best when they are fairly dry- do not store immediately after rinsing.)
