Homemade Crab Cake with Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 lb. fresh crab meat

3 eggs

2 cups chickpea flour

1 tbsp psyllium husks

2 cups of mixed veggies including:

Alfalfa sprouts, protein boost sprouts, cilantro, celery, onions


Seasonings: Sea salt , black pepper, garlic powder


Mix above together and pan fry with avocado oil


Serve with red radish sprouts, ruby stem radish sprouts and triton radish sprouts
